SWEET AND FAT

Blodsockret sägs stabiliseras om man kombinerar frukt med bra fetter. Här är min frukost med havregrynsgröt, havredryck, frukt, mandelsmör och nötter.


The blood sugar is said to stabilize if you combine fruit with good fats. Here is my breakfast with oatmeal, oat milk, fruit, almond butter and nuts.
