DAILY BOOST

Jag gör flera fryspåsar med färsk ananas och ingefära tillsammans med frusen hackad spenat och har i frysen. En portion om dagen görs till smoothie tillsammans med äppelcidervinäger, kokosvatten eller någon juice, kollagen (av torsk), svartpeppar och lite olivolja. Jag varierar med olika frukter eller lägger t.ex. till protein av pumpakärnor.


I prep several plastic bags with fresh pineapple and ginger along with frozen chopped spinach and keep in the freezer. One serving a day is made into a smoothie along with apple cider vinegar, coconut water or some juice, collagen (of cod), black pepper and some olive oil. I vary with different fruits or add protein from pumpkin seeds.
