HIPS DON’T LIE

Oavsett om du ligg-ammat på sidan en gång i timmen denna natt, gått eller sprungit mycket eller bara känner dig allmänt stel, riktar dagens yoga in sig på att stretcha höfter, lår och vader. Den ger även en skön förlängning och dekompression av ryggraden.


Whether you have been breastfeeding lying on your side once every hour this night, have been walking or running a lot or just feel generally stiff, today’s yoga really stretch the hips, thighs and calves. It also gives a nice extension and decompression of the spine.
