10 MAY WORKOUT

Söndagens träning blev ett hårt styrkepass för underkroppen och sedan den här yogan med mycket twists vilket stimulerar matsmältningen.
Varken bebis Sam eller jag har tålamodet att repetera samma styrke-övningar flera gånger, utan jag gör alla sets nedan men enbart en gång.


Sunday’s training was a hard workout for the lower body and then this yoga with a lot of twists which stimulates digestion.
Neither baby Sam or I have the patience to repeat the same circuits several times, so I do all sets below but only once.
