PANCAKES

Igår gick jag in i graviditetsvecka 23 och har tagit mig till gymmet jag två gånger denna vecka hittills. Jag tränar med hjälp av Fitplan app och Fitgurlmel/Melissa Alcantara’s Built Aesthetics program.

Till frukost blev det glutenfria pannkakor med proteinella, oatly spread och jordnötssmör 🙂
Här kommer min sambos supergoda pannkaks-recept (6-7 små pannkakor):

2 ägg
3dl laktosfri mjölk
1.5dl glutenfritt mjöl (Lailas mjölmix)
1tsk socker
2msk laktosfritt smör (smält)
0.5tsk salt

Han låter smeten stå i kylen minst 30 min. Stek på mellanvärme (5 av 9).

For breakfast I had gluten-free pancakes with proteinella, oatly spread and peanut butter 🙂
Here’s my boyfriend’s delicious recipe for gluten- and lactose-free pancakes (makes 6-7 small ones):

2 eggs
3dl lactose-free milk
1.5dl gluten-free flour
1tsp sugar
2tbsp lactose-free butter (melted)
0.5tsp salt.

He keeps the batter in the refrigerator for at least 30 min. Fry on medium heat (5 of 9).
